1. About these terms

These Terms and Conditions govern your use of this website and the consultation services offered by Namonarayan Jyotish ("we", "us"). By creating an account or booking a service you agree to these terms.

2. Nature of services

Our services are astrological consultations delivered online (video, phone or chat). Astrology is a traditional belief-based discipline. Our guidance is for personal reflection and does not replace professional medical, legal, financial or psychological advice. We do not guarantee any specific outcome.

3. Your account

You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for all activity under your account. An account is required to make a booking.

4. Bookings

A booking is confirmed only after our team confirms it (and, for paid services, after payment is received or verified). Time slots are shown in Indian Standard Time (IST) with a conversion to your local time for convenience. Please join on time; sessions start at the scheduled time and cannot be extended beyond the booked duration without a new booking.

5. Payments

Prices are displayed on each service. Online payments are processed by Cashfree Payments; manual UPI/QR payments are verified by our team. Some services may be complimentary as indicated on the service page.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, submit false information, or record or redistribute consultations without permission.

8. Intellectual property

All content on this website, including text, graphics and design, belongs to Namonarayan Jyotish or its licensors and may not be copied without written permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the use of our services or reliance on astrological guidance.
